Data Migration Wizard is a self-contained software that allows data transfer across different databases including Excel spreadsheets. This software has been designed to assist analysts who need to transfer data from one type of database or spreadsheet to another type of database. The Data Migration Wizard has the capability to automatically and routinely transfer data at specified times from one database to another. This software allows a user to work with any database and then upload the data to a differ ent database with ease.
Most corporations use a standard centralized database as their data repository. A single standard database has two inherent weaknesses. First, every user is forced to use the same standard enterprise database. Second, the centralized system normally slows during peak usage times. Migration Wizard eliminates these two weaknesses.
Migration Wizard allows the user to use any local database during peak times,thus reducing unproductive time waiting for downloads during peak hours, and allowing different database systems to be use d within an organization. Data stored in various local databases can then be uploaded into the enterp rise database during off-peak times.
Retail Portfolio Valuation Application
The Retail Portfolio Valuation software was designed as a tool for financial institutions in valuing conve ntional retail loan portfolios. The software is intended for use by institutions which actively buy and sell conventional retail portfolios. This is one component of HCS’s suite of products that address the whole process of retail lending management from loan origination to portfolio securitization.
The Retail Portfolio Valuation software is designed for both analysts and management. The software allows analysts to perform thorough due diligence on consumer portfolios. Analysts can perform stati stical and graphical analyses on the portfolios, custom design new portfolios from original portfolios using different constraints on the portfolio variables. The analysts can determine the values of the portfolios using different parameters and compare the different portfolio values. The software also allows management to easily determine the value of the portfolio given only the values of the param eters.

Retail Credit Scoring Application
Retail Credit Scoring software calculates the credit scores of retail borrowers using chosen sets of variables and three different methods of calculating credit scores. The software can determine credit scores using either Logit, Probit or Neural Network methods, allowing the user to compare credit scores using different methods of credit score computation.
The software was designed to be customized to an individual client’s needs in order for it to provide maximum competitive advantage to the client in the marketplace. It was designed to be used both by non-analytical and sophisticated analytical users.
Retail Credit Scoring software allows the user to input retail client background information and then calculate the credit scores using different sets of all or combinations of credit scoring variables. The software can analyze data that is input manually or automatically, and can analyze individual clients or groups of clients.
The software also allows the user to perform graphical and statistical analysis on the raw data sets. Additionally, the software can determine simple risk based prices of loan products given the risk free rate and terms of the loan.
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Application
IVR was designed for the customer service department of an Indian air conditioner company. Hybrid designed a software system using existing technology and off-the-shelf hardware to provide a cost-effective yet thoroughly functional software system.
IVR is the first point of contact customers have when accessing customer service. Customers can phone in new service requests and can track the response of service requests already reported.
IVR is also a tool for management of client’s resources. HCS IVR can automatically assign technicians to service calls. It also collects details from field technicians and provides management with several types of valuable reports including, engineering reports, service area reports, specific fault occurrence reports, and breakdown reports for specific machines. All of these reports can be generated automatically at schedules set by the user, and all of the reports can automatically be to management by e-mail. The IVR has many additional features and can be adapted to many types of businesses according to each client’s needs.
Data Import Application
Data Import software extends the capabilities of Migration Model by allowing data stored in different formats to be used in the Migration Model. Data from different types of loans, such as commercial or consumer loans that have been stored in .dbf files, are converted to MS Access format. This data can then be fully analyzed through powerful Migration Model software.
The Data Import software allows a user to fully modify loan record data before such data is analyzed. Erroneous records and duplicate records can be filtered or changed automatically or manually so that complicated and varied loan data is made ready for the Hybrid Migration Model advanced analysis. After analyzing and manipulating data, the user can export final data to any other database or to an excel sheet for use in other software or for archiving.
Asset Quality Forecasting Model Application
The Asset Quality Forecasting Model Application is designed to work over a local area network, where multiple users in a particular hierarchy are involved. As such, it is equipped with advanced administrative capabilities which enhance its usefulness for the entire bank organization. The software allows levels of access to critical data and reports, and has special utilities which set parameters for inputs used to generate analytical reports.
The genesis of this software was a request from a major United States West Coast bank. The bank sought to improve its customer loan tracking operations. HCS’s software, through the use of sophisticated algorithms and pattern analysis, forecasted with great accuracy the probability of a shift in risk level for various loan categories.
At a basic level, the software helps a bank keep track of probable defaulters. At a more advanced level of use, this software can be used as an analytic tool to gauge the overall quality of its assets.
Field Encryption Application
Another extension of data migration application, Hybrid felt the need of sensitive data to be encrypted while being migrated. There is always a risk of data theft either by the miscreants or by the competing parties. Moreover in certain cases, the sensitive nature of the data compels the authority not to reveal it to the outsiders.
The security of the data is the main purpose behind the development of HCS Field Encryption Application Model. In order to hide the actual data from the end user the Data Encryption method has been used. The encryption technique used is intelligent enough to hide the actual data from the end user but at the same time this model gives the flexibility to the user to view both the actual data and the encrypted data. The software supports encryption of both Database data and Excel file data. This easy to use application uses infragistic tools to encrypt and decrypt data.
Bond Management Software
Bond Management Software (BMS), a web based application, is designed and implemented for an International company based at Pune, India.
BMS is most useful for the corporations involved in Export-Import business, who have large no. of shipments coming in and are stored in Bond warehouses before clearing for further internal transit.
BMS helps Warehouse Manager to keep track of all items of shipment in the bonded warehouse. It helps marketing department to know availability of goods as per customer needs with the help of Search Utility.
BMS provides the users, customized reports based on the debonding milestones and pre intimates the users, through auto mails, on possible defaults, so a corrective action can be taken.
BMS also assists Finance department in better Import cash flow management by providing real time Bond register.

Logistic Management Software (HLMS), a web based application, is designed and implemented for an International company based at Pune, India.
